Job Description
DEFINITION/PRIMARY FUNCTION
The Licensed Practical Nurse must adhere to the Berkshire Medical Center clinical services policy and procedures. This is practiced by providing quality care to patients clinically and administratively under the direction of the Physician and Practice Manager.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
(Minimum qualifications are required unless stated otherwise.)
Experience:
Clinical and administrative experience in a physician office setting preferred.
Education and Training:
Must be a graduate of an LPN course given by an accredited school.
License, Certification & Registration:
LPN -
Licensed Practical Nurse BLS Other Requirements:
Proficiency in Windows-based computer skills required. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting required. High level of attention to detail, prioritization, organization, and multi-tasking. Ability to effectively and respectfully communicate with physicians, patients and co-workers. Meets continuing education requirements in accordance with state licensing regulations.
