Shift Schedule:
M-F 8am-4:30pm, weekend on-call rotation, every 5-weeks

11 Condito Rd Hingham, MA Harbor House Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking a Full-Time Staff Development Coordinator/Infection Preventionist (SDC/IP) to join our leadership team! What We Offer 401(k) with company match Tuition reimbursement Paid vacation and holidays Shift differentials Supportive leadership team Opportunities for professional growth and development Qualifications Current, unencumbered Massachusetts RN or LPN license Current CPR certification Graduate of an accredited nursing program Minimum of two (2) years of clinical nursing experience At least one (1) year of long-term care/skilled nursing experience required Experience with staff education, supervision, and training Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills Experience with rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices strongly preferred Infection Prevention experience is a plus Responsibilities Coordinate and lead staff orientation, onboarding, and ongoing education programs Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations Monitor and oversee infection prevention and control practices throughout the facility Track and manage infection surveillance and testing programs Collaborate with nursing leadership and interdisciplinary teams to promote quality resident care Identify educational opportunities to improve clinical outcomes and regulatory compliance Provide support, coaching, and mentorship to nursing staff Assist with quality improvement initiatives and survey readiness efforts Serve as a clinical resource for staff, residents, and families Why Harbor House?
