Competitive Pay & Incentives Competitive base pay $5.00 per shift differential Additional $5.00 weekend differential Weekly pay First shift employees are eligible for the $5.00 shift differential when regularly scheduled for at least 32 hours per week.   • 7:00 AM) Full-Time & Part time position available Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor and document resident conditions Accurately record vital signs and medical information Assist with wound care and other nursing procedures Collaborate with physicians, nurses, residents, and families Maintain accurate clinical documentation Ensure the highest standards of resident care and safety Qualifications Current Massachusetts LPN License in good standing Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented Basic computer and documentation skills Become part of a team that is committed to excellence in resident care and appreciates the important role our nurses play every day.
