Qualifications:

Current and valid RN or LPN license/certification Experience in a school setting, pediatric care, or similar environment is preferred Familiarity with school health protocols, individualized healthcare plans, and emergency procedures Ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and families Strong organizational skills and a compassionate, student-centered approach

Responsibilities:

Deliver direct nursing care, including administering medications and first aid Develop and implement individualized healthcare plans for students as needed Maintain accurate and confidential health records and documentation Collaborate with educators, families, and allied professionals to support students health and academic success Offer health education and guidance to students and staff Respond promptly to medical emergencies Ensure compliance with state and federal health regulations in the school environment
