Per Diem Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Home Care |Stoughton, MA Visiting Rehab and Nursing Services (VRNS) is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing home healthcare team in Stoughton, Massachusetts.

•MUST have weekend availability

Per Diem Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Position $37 per visit Flexible scheduling One year of clinical experience required Mileage reimbursement Licensure reimbursement Supportive clinical and administrative leadership Ongoing training and professional development USA Today Top Workplaces Winner - 2024, 2025 & 2026 Your Role as a Home Care Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with VRNS, you'll provide skilled nursing services directly in patients' homes. You'll work closely with patients and their care teams to promote health, independence, and quality of life. Your responsibilities may include:

Providing wound care Managing and administering medications Providing catheter care Supporting diabetic patients with care and education Monitoring overall wellness and changes in condition Providing disease-management education Following up with patients after physician appointments Identifying and ordering necessary medical supplies Completing accurate and timely electronic documentation Home care offers a unique opportunity to get to know your patients and make a meaningful difference in their daily lives. Need to have: Current Massachusetts Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license Minimum of one (1) year of clinical nursing experience Afternoon availability Weekend availability Nice to
