Step into a pivotal role supporting high school students as a dedicated school nurse for the 2026-2027 academic year. This contract position is located near Lincoln, MA and is an excellent opportunity for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) passionate about student health and wellness. With 25 hours a week, you will play an essential part in a students daily journey by providing one-on-one care while accompanying them on a van to and from home and school each day.

Qualifications and Experience:

Current, active MA RN or LPN license required Experience in a school setting or pediatric care highly preferred Ability to establish rapport with high school-aged students Strong communication and organizational skills Commitment to confidentiality and professional ethics Compassionate approach and attention to detail

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide individualized nursing support and monitoring during student transport both morning and afternoon Administer medication and manage medical needs per physicians orders Assist with daily health concerns and address any medical issues in real time during transport Communicate effectively with school staff and families as needed Maintain accurate health records and document daily care activities Ensure a safe and supportive environment for the student during all transit periods
