$35 - $42 hourly, depending on the shift. Evenings, overnights, and weekends have shift differentials. Weekly pay. Full-time and part-time openings on all shifts.Job Summary:
We are seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our dynamic care team at Webster Manor Rehabilitation & Health Care Center. As an LPN with our organization, you will provide direct nursing care under the supervision of the RN and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by the nursing assistant to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.Responsibilities:
Meet the nursing and rehabilitation needs of each resident Maintain current resident care plans on all residents under your care Follow physician's orders and render and/or assist with complete nursing care, treatments, dressings, and other physician orders Transcribe physician's orders promptly and accurately Review patient records daily to assure accuracy and completeness Document comprehensive and complete nursing notes Visit each resident daily to evaluate resident needs Maintain accurate awareness of residents on alert list Document and report any unusual or significant findings; contact the physician when necessary Administer medication according to procedure Maintain an accurate and safe control of all drugs for which you are responsible Initiate any and all emergency procedures as necessary Demonstrate correct safety techniques Respect and take care of facility equipment and not wasteful of supplies Contribute to effective communication and pleasant working conditions Contribute to and promote positive resident and family relations Comply with facility Privacy Practices Policies & Procedures, protecting residents' individual health information Continue growth and expand job knowledge Demonstrate leadership skills Other duties assigned by managerRequirements:
Must be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program Must be CPR certified Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN/LVN in this state A minimum, one (1) year experience in a hospital, long-term care facility or other related health care facility is preferable New graduates welcome!
