Key qualifications:

Valid LPN/LVN license or certification in good standing Will consider a qualified CNA with experience in complex care Comfortable and competent performing tube feedings, flushes, and blowouts Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting strongly preferred Strong communication and collaboration abilities Empathy, patience, and professionalism essential Primary responsibilities: Support a high school student on a consistent caseload with individualized medical care Perform tube feeds, required flushes, and manage blowouts precisely and safely Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with school policies and nursing standards Respond calmly and effectively to medical needs during the school day Communicate medical updates and care plans with staff and, when appropriate, with families This contract position is located near Williamstown, MA, requiring 32 hours per week from 7am to 2pm, with a daily unpaid lunch break.
