LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) Evergreen Adult Day Health Center - 1.0 Woburn, MA Job Details Part-time | Full-time 1 hour ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Paid time off Flexible schedule Qualifications CPR Certification LVN RN License High school diploma or GED LPN Associate's degree Full Job Description Job Description LPNs responsibilities (under the supervision of a Registered Nurse): Participating in the completion of participants' assessments and comprehensive plans of care with a Registered Nurse Provision of nursing services and treatments to participants; Supervision of the care and services provided to participants by program aides, volunteers, and other personnel, as applicable; Writing nursing notes as necessary to address significant changes and health-care teaching in each participant's health record; Responding appropriately to any acute changes in a participant's health or functioning; Providing appropriate health-care education for each participant and legally authorized representative; Obtaining, reviewing, and implementing primary care provider orders; and Coordinating the participant's care with the primary care provider and, if applicable, community service providers.
