The ideal candidate will provide essential nursing care to patients in various settings, including long-term care, assisted living, and acute care facilities. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in patient assessment, medication administration, and overall patient management while adhering to best practices and regulatory standards.

Assist with daily living activities and provide personal care to patients. Document patient care activities accurately in electronic health records (EHR) systems. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management. Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients. Participate in triage and emergency response as needed. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient information. Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance nursing skills. Qualifications Current LPN license in good standing. Experience in critical care, long-term care, or assisted living preferred. Familiarity with EMR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or eClinicalWorks is a plus. Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and nursing best practices. Experience with IV infusion, medication administration, phlebotomy, catheterization, and wound care is highly desirable. Ability to work effectively with individuals with developmental disabilities or chronic conditions such as Alzheimer's or dementia. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
