Baltimore, MD 21215Job Requirements

• Active Maryland LPN license or compact license required at time of submission
• Minimum 1 year of LPN experience required
• LTAC nursing experience preferred
• Behavioral health experience preferred
• Current BLS certification required
• Comfortable floating within scope to like units and supporting diverse adult and geriatric patient populations
• Experience with Cerner and PointCare preferred
• Must be dependable and able to work scheduled holidays and weekend rotations as assignedResponsibilities
• Provide high-quality nursing care to adults and geriatric patients in LTAC and related float settings
• Support patients with complex medical, rehabilitation, respiratory, and behavioral health needs
• Perform routine nursing tasks such as vital sign monitoring, ADLs, feeding tube care, oxygen administration, blood glucose checks, and medication support within scope
• Assist with admissions, transfers, isolation precautions, and patient safety measures
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including respiratory services, therapy, pharmacy, social services, and rapid response resources
• Adapt quickly to changing patient acuity and staffing needs while maintaining excellent attendance and professionalism
