Forest Hill Heights Senior Living in Forest Hill/Bel Air, is seeking a compassionate and dependable Per Diem Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our day shift care team. In this role, you'll help ensure our residents receive attentive, high-quality care throughout the night while supporting a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment. What You'll Do Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans Administer medications and treatments as ordered and document appropriately Monitor residents for changes in condition and communicate concerns to the appropriate team members Respond to resident needs and emergencies during overnight hours Provide guidance and support to care staff throughout the shift Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and members of the care team Follow all applicable policies, procedures, and state regulations Help maintain a resident-centered environment that promotes dignity, independence, safety, and quality of life What We're Looking For Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Tennessee Previous experience in senior living, assisted living, long-term care, or a related healthcare setting preferred Schedule This is a great opportunity for an LPN looking to pick up additional day shifts while maintaining flexibility in their schedule.
