Qualifications Maryland LPN license, valid and in good standing BLS certification Compassionate, patient-focused personality Strong communication and teamwork skills Experience in long-term care, rehab, or skilled nursing preferred but not required Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 25-50 pounds as part of daily job responsibilities, with or without reasonable accommodation.
