Monday-Friday, 5:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Frederick Institute is seeking a compassionate, dependable LPN to join our opioid treatment program. You'll help patients access medication treatment for opioid use disorder while working alongside our medical and clinical teams to provide respectful, consistent care. What you'll do Dispense and document medication, including methadone and buprenorphine, according to provider orders and program procedures. Monitor patients during dosing, recognize potential safety concerns, and promptly communicate concerns to the appropriate provider. Obtain and document vital signs and other information needed for patient care. Provide clear, nonjudgmental education about medication and treatment. Maintain accurate medication records and assist with inventory and reconciliation. Coordinate with counselors, providers, and other staff to support continuity of care. What we're looking for An active Maryland LPN license. Strong communication skills and a respectful approach to people receiving treatment for substance use disorders. Attention to detail when handling medication and documenting care. Comfort using electronic records and working in a busy clinical setting.
