MD Full-time Day Shift Pay:

$25-$35per hour About Us Gem Assisted Living operates small, residential assisted living homes in Montgomery County, MD, providing assisted living, memory care, respite, and personal care. The Role We're looking for an experienced LPN who thinks on their feet, solves problems before they escalate, and treats residents and families with genuine warmth and professionalism. Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments accurately per physician orders and delegating RN direction Monitor residents' health and promptly report changes in condition Resolve day-to-day care issues calmly and independently Serve as a trusted contact for residents, families, physicians, and pharmacies Keep documentation (MARs, progress notes, incident reports) accurate and current Support and guide caregivers and med techs to uphold our care standards Help keep the home survey-ready under Maryland and Montgomery County regulations Qualifications Active Maryland or multistate (NLC) LPN license in good standing 2+ years of LPN experience; assisted living, long-term care, or memory care strongly preferred Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Current CPR/First Aid Ability to pass a criminal background check and TB screening What We Offer Final rate within the posted range, based on experience, problem-solving ability, and customer service skills A small-home setting where you know every resident by name
