As a Licensed Practical Nurses LPN at Green Acres Nursing and Rehab , you'll make a real impact by: Monitoring patient health, recording vital signs, and updating care plans. Administering medications and treatments as prescribed. Assisting residents with daily activities to enhance their quality of life. Supporting and collaborating with RNs, physicians, and families to ensure optimal care.
