Responsibilities Assess the health status of residents by monitoring vital signs and evaluating physical and mental health. Administer medications and maintain accurate health records according to state regulations and company policies. Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to implement resident care plans accurately and effectively. Provide compassionate care and assist with daily living activities as needed to support the independence and well-being of seniors. Educate residents and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention. Participate in the development and implementation of wellness initiatives tailored for senior living. Required Skills Proficient in medication administration. Strong assessment and monitoring abilities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare team. Capable of handling sensitive information confidentially.
