Evening Shift Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) -

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our evening shift team. As a LPN at Autumn Lake Healthcare at Long , you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. We offer a competitive salary range of $29 - $36 HOURLY, and a benefits package that includes Referral Bonuses, Competitive Rates, Wonderful Environment, and Great Benefit package. Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to our residents, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment
  • Report any changes or concerns to our management team
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Qualifications & Experience Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is preferred
  • Must hold a current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
License Schedule:
