Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - Part-Time / PRN Autumn Lake at Long View Manchester, MD $40-$42/hour Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a flexible part-time or PRN opportunity . Join a collaborative rehabilitation team and provide hands-on therapy focused on helping residents improve mobility, strength, and functional independence. What You'll Do Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist Assist residents with strength, balance, gait, transfers, endurance, and mobility Carry out individualized treatment plans based on resident goals Monitor progress and communicate updates to the supervising PT Educate residents and caregivers on exercises and safe mobility techniques Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with therapy, nursing, and other members of the interdisciplinary team Position Highlights Part-time and PRN opportunities available Flexible scheduling Competitive $40-$42/hour pay Supportive and team-oriented rehabilitation environment Opportunity to work with both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care residents Qualifications Active Maryland Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license required Strong communication and teamwork skills Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred Dependable and committed to providing quality resident care Direct Hire.
