Preferred:

Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license, willingness to obtain state licensure, 2+ years of LPN experience with pediatric background preferred but not required.

Requirements:

Valid license required. School-based experience preferred. New grads welcome to apply!

Responsibilities:

Provide individualized nursing care to students within the school setting in accordance with physician orders and care plans. Administer medications, tube feedings, tracheostomy care, oxygen therapy, and other prescribed treatments. Collaborate with school staff and families to support the student's educational participation and inclusion. Monitor and document student health status and respond to medical emergencies as needed.
