- LTC $1,509.12 Weekly Local Rate Nights | 8 weeks 2
- LPNs needed
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Valid LPN or LVN license in your state Proven experience in long-term care, assisted living, or skilled nursing environments Competence in medication passing, vital sign assessment, wound care, and documentation Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Up-to-date CPR/BLS certificationCOVID-19
vaccination verified Nice toHave Skills:
EMR experience with platforms such as EPIC, Cerner, or similar Experience managing or supervising a team Knowledge of multi-state licensure requirementsPreferred Education & Experience:
Active LPN or LVN license (state-specific or multi-state preferred) 5+ years of practical nursing experience in healthcare settings like LTC, SNF, rehab, or assisted livingAdditional Requirements:
