6:45 PM - 7:15 AM Join Our Team! We're seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at Windward Gardens in beautiful Camden, Maine. If you're passionate about delivering quality patient care in a supportive long-term care environment, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Provide direct nursing care to residents. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor and document resident conditions accurately. Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team. Respond promptly to changes in resident health. Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with facility policies. Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care. Requirements Active Maine LPN License. Current BLS/CPR certification (preferred). Long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing experience is a plus. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
