Job Overview 1-3 years previous LPN experience preferred 3 shifts per 13 week contract We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality patient care in acute, long-term care, and community-based settings. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and an active Maine or Compact LPN license . Duties Provide direct patient care, assessments, and medication administration. Monitor patient conditions and report changes. Assist with wound care, catheter care, and other nursing procedures. Maintain accurate patient documentation in the EHR. Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver quality patient care. Educate patients and families on treatments and medications. Follow safety, infection control, and HIPAA guidelines. Requirements Active LPN license in the relevant state or Compact State. 1-3 years of clinical experience preferred (hospital, LTC, SNF, or outpatient). Experience with medication administration, patient assessments, wound care, and infection control. Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, or similar). BLS certification preferred.
