Pay is Commission Based Responsibilities Safely operate tow trucks, including flatbed and vehicle recovery towing equipment, to transport vehicles efficiently and securely. Perform vehicle diagnostics and minor mechanical repairs to assist stranded motorists or prepare vehicles for transport. Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with Customers, Communication Is KEY, and ensuring a positive experience. Manage conflict situations professionally when dealing with distressed customers or challenging scenarios on the road. Load & unload vehicles carefully, adhering to safety standards and mechanical guidelines for all types of vehicles. Valid driving license with a clean driving record; Hands-on experience operating tow trucks such as flatbeds is a plus. But Not required, Will train the right Person(s) Ability to handle conflicting situations calmly while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
