Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to provide quality patient care and support during day shift. This is an excellent opportunity for newly certified LPNs as well as candidates with 6+ months of experience. Responsibilities Assess residents and monitor changes in condition. Administer medications and treatments as ordered. Perform wound care, catheter care, and other nursing procedures. Monitor vital signs, blood glucose, pain, nutrition, and hydration. Communicate changes to the RN/provider and coordinate with the care team. Assist with activities of daily living and promote resident independence. Document care, assessments, medications, and incidents accurately. Requirements Current and active Maine LPN license required. Current BLS certification required. Open to new LPN graduates/certified LPNs . Candidates with 6+ months of LPN experience are welcome.
