Local Contract Responsibilities Provide compassionate nursing care to long-term care residents. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor residents' health conditions and report changes promptly. Assist with daily living activities and promote resident comfort. Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation. Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and the healthcare team. Follow facility policies, infection control procedures, and safety standards. Requirements Active Maine LPN license. Previous long-term care (LTC) or skilled nursing experience preferred. BLS certification preferred or as required by the facility. Strong communication and clinical skills.
