Job Description Pinnacle Alliances is actively hiring experienced Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for a rewarding Long Term Care (LTC) contract opportunity in Skowhegan, Maine . We are seeking compassionate, dependable nursing professionals dedicated to providing exceptional care to residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. Compensation Registered Nurse (RN): Up to $53/hour Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): Up to $38/hour Weekly Pay Competitive Compensation Flexible Contract Opportunities Responsibilities Deliver high-quality nursing care to long-term care and skilled nursing residents. Assess, monitor, and document resident conditions. Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders. Develop and implement individualized care plans. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams. Respond promptly to changes in resident conditions and emergencies. Maintain accurate electronic medical records and nursing documentation. Educate residents and family members regarding treatments and care plans. Ensure compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and infection control standards. Promote resident safety, dignity, and quality of life. Requirements Active Maine RN or Compact RN License OR Active Maine LPN License. Current BLS Certification. Minimum 1 year of Long Term Care, Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Rehabilitation, Geriatric, or Nursing Home experience preferred. Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
