Weeks Shift Timing:

6:45 AM to 3:15 PM or 2:45 PM to 11:15

PM Guaranteed Hours :

40 hours/week

Pay Rate :

$35-40/hr Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care according to individual patient/resident care plans
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Monitor, assess, and document patient/resident conditions
• Assist with wound care, treatments, and coordination of nursing tasks
• Communicate effectively with RNs, physicians, families, and facility staff
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow facility, state, and federal guidelines
• Promote a safe and high-quality care environment #HC1
