Pay Rate :

$42-50/hr Roles & Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care according to individual patient/resident care plans
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Monitor, assess, and document patient/resident conditions
Assist with wound care, treatments, and coordination of nursing tasks
Communicate effectively with RNs, physicians, families, and facility staff
Maintain accurate documentation and follow facility, state, and federal guidelines
Promote a safe and high-quality care environment #HC1
Strong facility partnership
