18-year-old client Trach and G-tube Verbal and ambulatory Enjoys video games and interactive activities Home includes two gentle, friendly dogs

Position Details:

Part time available (1-2 shifts per week) Shifts are Monday-Friday 5a-5p Nurse will transport the client to school and community outings in their vehicle

Requirements:

Active RN or LPN license Valid Michigan driver's license Current auto insurance Clean driving record Reliable vehicle suitable for transportation needs

Compensation:
