Schedule:

12-hour day shifts, 36 hours guaranteed per week.

Duration:

13 weeks with possible extension Key Responsibilities Provide quality patient care and support. Assist with assessments, documentation, and daily nursing tasks. Administer medications and treatments as directed. Monitor patient conditions and report changes. Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safe and effective care. Requirements Active Michigan LPN/LVN License. Minimum 2 years of Long-Term Care (LTC) experience required. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work every other weekend. Education Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program. Certifications BLS Certification (AHA) required. Preferred Qualifications Previous Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or LTC experience.
