Private Duty Nurse (RN/LPN) - 1:1 Home Care Job Summary Centria Healthcare is hiring compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide 1:1 private duty nursing in patients' homes. You'll deliver skilled, personalized care to pediatric and adult patients in a low-stress, relationship-based setting.

Born with congenital birth defects requiring high-level care to manage floppy, easily obstructed airways and safe feeding via alternative methods. He will require trach management as well as oxygen management as needed.
