The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing, overseeing and coordinating the delivery of resident care during assigned shifts in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations and facility policy under the direction and supervision of the Director of Nursing/designee. This role provides clinical supervision to nursing assistants, ensures continuity of care, and serves as a key resource for residents, families, and staff.

Supervises CNAs/STNAs and other staff providing direct carePlans, assigns, and directs work in alignment with resident needs and staff capabilitiesPrepares work assignments, adjusting for staffing levels and resident safetyReceives staffing-related calls and arranges replacements as neededTransfers employees among units per staffing demandsCompletes performance evaluations for CNAs/STNAsAdjusts break schedules and resolves staff concernsUse independent judgment in accordance with company policies and applicable lawsEducation and/or
Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years of nursing experience in long-term or sub-acute preferred.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
