Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 09:00 AM - 1:00 PM Fresh Perspective Home Care is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one care for a client in the home setting. This role includes skilled nursing services and transportation assistance during schedule shifts. Responsibilities:

Requirements:

Active LPN license in good standing Valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation Ability to lift, transfer, and assist up to 40 lbs Ability to uphold client confidentiality Ability to work independently in a home setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
