Work-Life Balance Monday-Friday schedule Typical office hours: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Occasional early morning (6:30 AM) or early evening shifts based on provider schedules Flexible scheduling approach designed to support both patients and staff Competitive Benefits Blue Cross Blue Shield Insurance Paid time off 401(k) retirement plan with employer match Employee discounted medical care with our practice Paid major holidays Strong clinical support model with approximately 1.5 nurses per physician What You'll Do Deliver Excellent Patient Care Prepare patients for office visits by obtaining vital signs, reconciling medications, and reviewing medical histories Assist providers with outpatient clinical care and procedures Perform in-office testing and treatments, including: Viral swabs EKGs Ear irrigation Medication administration Vaccination administration Specimen collection Refill medications according to office protocols Support patient communication through phone calls and electronic messages Coordinate referrals and follow-up care Support Our Patients and Practice Prepare charts and documentation for upcoming visits Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked exam rooms Facilitate communication between patients, providers, and staff Assist with inventory management and office workflow support What We're Looking For Current LPN license in the State of Michigan Strong communication and organizational skills Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude Compassionate approach to patient care Previous family medicine or outpatient experience preferred, but not required Compensation Starting pay: $20-$25/hour Higher compensation may be offered based on experience, clinical skills, and qualifications
