TBI + SCI

rehabilitation Pediatrics Geriatrics Ventilator and Tracheotomy care (Training Provided) Gastrostomy tube care (Training Provided) Dispensing medications Observe client's physical, mental and emotional conditions. Report any changes Document observed changes Communicates effectively with Clinical team to increase optimal outcomes Maintains professional nature within the home setting Required Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to follow verbal and written instructions Ability to utilize computers/tablets and computer software Current state license as an RN or LPN Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Current negative TB skin test or negative chest X-ray Current flu vaccine CPR certified Benefits to choosing
