Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, a compassionate approach to patient care, and experience working in diverse healthcare settings. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality nursing services, supporting residents' health needs, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care by administering medications, injections, and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and document findings accurately within electronic health record (EHR) systems. Assist with physical examinations and diagnostic evaluations while maintaining strict adherence to clinical confidentiality policies. Support residents with activities of daily living, including mobility assistance, catheter care, tube feeding, and basic life support when necessary. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to residents' needs. Maintain infection control standards and ensure sterile processing procedures are followed diligently. Skills Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing. Knowledge of infection control procedures, IV infusion techniques, and medication administration protocols. Strong assessment skills with the ability to recognize acute pain or changes in patient condition promptly. Familiarity with medical terminology, anatomy knowledge, and clinical confidentiality policies. Excellent communication skills for effective caregiver communication and client interaction within diverse healthcare environments.
