Nights, 6:00 PM-6:30 AM | 36 hours/week

Duration:

12 weeks 3. Key Responsibilities Provide quality nursing care to long-term care residents. Assess, implement, and evaluate resident care plans. Administer medications and treatments as directed. Maintain accurate patient documentation. Promote resident safety and comfort. Supervise nursing assistants and care staff. Collaborate with the nursing and healthcare team. Float to other units when qualified and experienced. 4. Requirements Active Michigan LVN/LPN license . Minimum 2 years of SNF/LTC experience . Previous travel experience required . Strong communication and teamwork skills. Must be flexible with scheduling; blocked scheduling cannot be guaranteed. Must be willing to work every other weekend and holidays. 5. Education Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program. 6. Certifications BLS - American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) .
