Travel Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 12-week Long Term Care assignment in Rose City, MI. The ideal candidate should have strong SNF/LTC experience and previous travel nursing experience. Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care/SNF setting. Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders. Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the appropriate healthcare provider. Assist with developing and following individualized care plans. Perform routine nursing assessments and document patient care accurately. Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals. Assist with activities of daily living and promote resident comfort and safety. Follow infection-control, safety, and facility protocols. Required Certifications BLS
•REQUIRED BLS must be from either: American Heart Association (AHA) , or American Red Cross (ARC) Must-Have Experience Minimum 2 years of SNF/LTC experience
