Summary As a continuing care LPN with Corewell Health, providing top-notch patient care is paramount. Under the direction of an RN, mid-level Provider, or Physician, you'll be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care. You'll be a vital part of our team, making a real difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Qualifications Required:

High School Diploma or equivalent Required Completion of an approved nursing program Successful completion of competency based orientation program License Practical Nursing (LPN)
