Assist with patient education regarding health maintenance and disease prevention. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care. Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with regulatory requirements. Requirements Current and valid LPN license in the state of Michigan. Minimum of 1 year nursing experience preferred, especially in home health or related settings. Strong patient assessment and observation skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
