Grattan Private Duty Nursing is urgently hiring a Private Duty Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide personalized care for a client in Garrison, MN. Unlike facility nursing, private-duty nursing allows you to focus on one client, build a meaningful relationship and provide high-quality care in a calm home environment. Available schedule Full-time and part-time opportunities Flexible scheduling One-on-one client care Immediate openings Responsibilities Depending on the client's care plan, responsibilities may include: Medication administration Respiratory treatments Skin and wound assessments G-tube or J-tube feeding and care Seizure monitoring and management Ventilator and tracheostomy care Colostomy or catheter care Assistance with activities of daily living Accurate documentation through a user-friendly eMAR These responsibilities align with the complex RN and LPN services Grattan identifies, including wound care, ventilator and tracheostomy care, medication administration, ostomy management and enteral feeding.
