No call Position Overview The LPN will provide clinical support in a busy outpatient clinic environment and work collaboratively with providers, nurses, medical assistants, and other healthcare professionals to deliver quality patient care. The LPN will assist with patient flow, treatments, medications, documentation, and other delegated clinical responsibilities while providing compassionate care to patients across various age groups. Key Responsibilities Assist providers with patient examinations, treatments, and procedures Provide direct patient care within the scope of practice Administer medications, injections, and immunizations as directed Perform patient assessments and communicate changes or concerns to the healthcare team Collect laboratory specimens and perform phlebotomy duties as needed Perform clinic laboratory testing Assist with patient rooming and maintaining efficient patient flow Provide telephone and patient communication support Assist with prescription refills Support front desk/check-in activities when needed Order and stock medical supplies Assist with prior authorizations Maintain accurate patient documentation and records Communicate effectively with providers, nurses, patients, and other members of the healthcare team Follow applicable clinical, safety, and infection-control procedures Requirements Active Minnesota LPN/PN License at the time of submission
