Schedule:

80 hours per 2-week pay period

Shift:

Monday-Friday, with shifts scheduled anytime between 7:30 AM-5:30 PM . Job Summary We are seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join an outpatient healthcare team in Brooklyn Center, MN. The ideal candidate will be dependable, compassionate, and committed to providing quality patient care in a professional clinical environment. . Requirements

• Must Have Active Minnesota LPN/PN License
• Required Current BLS Certification
• Required Job Duties Provide direct nursing care to patients in an outpatient/clinic setting.

Obtain and document patient vital signs, medical history, and other clinical information. Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the provider. Assist providers with examinations, procedures, and patient care needs. Monitor patients and report changes in condition to the appropriate healthcare provider. Perform basic nursing procedures within the scope of an LPN license. Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation and electronic medical records.
