About us Enriching Home Care Services, a growing social service organization committed to empowering individuals within the community, is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse and/or RN to join our team part time. As an integral part of our organization, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals in need. The schedule can be very flexible!

LPN AND/OR RN

Job Duties Train staff on medication administration Monitor MARS and other documentation regarding medications Assessments and monitoring of individual health issues Completing DHS specific forms for individuals Communication and education of unlicensed staff regarding individual medical conditions, medication, and treatments Communication with families/care teams regarding individual medical conditions Ability to handle an emergency situation and give direction to others Strong communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and healthcare team members

LPN Requirements:

Current nursing license in the state of MN. A valid Minnesota driver's license with a good driving record is mandatory. You must be able to lift a minimum of 60 pounds as most of our individuals require assistance with transfers. You must be able to understand, speak, read, and write the English language. Because we provide services to vulnerable children and adults Homeward Bound will only employ applicants who pass a criminal background check. Ability to timely and accurately type documentation in online database. Ability to type at, or above, a minimum of 20 words per minute.

$30.00+ per hour depending on experience and licensure.

Expected hours:
