You'll get to know a consistent group of residents, understand their baseline, and use that familiarity to recognize when something needs attention. Your observations can help determine when to monitor, when to communicate with nursing leadership, when to contact a provider, and when a resident may need additional intervention. You'll need an active Minnesota Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license , strong clinical judgment, dependable communication, and the ability to confidently practice within your scope. We're especially interested in LPNs who pay attention, ask questions, communicate concerns, and understand that small changes can tell you something important.
