Days:

Monday and Fridays 7:00 AM

• 7:00 PM
• flexible Occasional Saturday shifts as needed Client lives in Farmington with her family.

Duties:

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician Monitor and assess patient conditions, including vital signs and symptoms Assist with personal care activities, such as bathing, grooming, and feeding Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families Perform various medical procedures based on patient needs Maintain accurate and detailed medical records Requirements Experience

• Work from a place of caring and honoring the dignity of all clients
• RN or LPN Minnesota License
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
