Job Description
We are hiring a Home Care Nurse (LPN/RN) to join our nursing team to support our clients in their homes. We offer world class home care with small community values. We are looking for Full-time Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse work with a 23 year-old female in her home. We welcome new grads and will train! We have several clients in the Twin Cities area. We absolutely love our caregivers and are excited to have YOU join our winning team! Details for this client's case: 23 year old female with Congenital Myotubular Myopathy, Proposed schedule:
Days:
Monday and Fridays 7:00 AM- 7:00 PM
- flexible Occasional Saturday shifts as needed Client lives in Farmington with her family.
Duties:
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician Monitor and assess patient conditions, including vital signs and symptoms Assist with personal care activities, such as bathing, grooming, and feeding Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families Perform various medical procedures based on patient needs Maintain accurate and detailed medical records Requirements Experience- Work from a place of caring and honoring the dignity of all clients
- RN or LPN Minnesota License
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
