Position Overview We are seeking reliable, hardworking Seasonal Dishwashers to support our culinary team during our busy season. This role is essential to maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment. Essential Functions Operate commercial dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment Maintain cleanliness and organization of dish room and kitchen areas Empty trash and recycling and transport to designated disposal areas Sweep and mop kitchen floors regularly and as needed Assist with basic food prep tasks as directed (when time allows) Maintain clean and stocked handwashing and sanitation stations Follow all health and safety regulations Support culinary and service teams during high-volume service periods Close and secure kitchen areas at end of shift as assigned

Qualifications:

Restaurant or catering experience strongly preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Strong attention to cleanliness and detail Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team Willingness to work flexible overnight hours, including evenings and weekends Must be able to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and safely maneuver racks of dishes

Able to lift and push 50+ pounds. Able to stand and walk for long periods of time.

Salary:

$22 - $25/hourly
