The ideal candidate will provide collaborative clinical and administrative support to patients across various age groups, from infants to geriatrics.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

✓ Manage patient flow and assist providers with patient management and treatment. ✓ Perform patient rooming procedures and obtain relevant clinical information. ✓ Administer immunizations, injections, and medications as directed by the provider and within scope of practice. ✓ Collect laboratory specimens and perform clinic laboratory testing as needed. ✓ Provide telephone support and facilitate communication between patients and providers. ✓ Assist with prescription refills and prior authorizations. ✓ Perform phlebotomy duties as required. ✓ Perform X-ray duties if qualified and authorized. ✓ Provide front desk and check-in support as needed. ✓ Order and stock clinical supplies. ✓ Communicate patient concerns, progress, and other relevant information to the healthcare team. ✓ Collaborate with clinic leadership and providers to support daily operational goals and quality patient care.

MEDICAL ASSISTANT REQUIREMENTS

✓ High school diploma or GED. ✓ Graduate of a Medical Assistant program accredited by a recognized accrediting organization, such as ABHES or CAAHEP; OR completion of an accredited Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) program through a recognized national health services organization, with on-the-job experience and successful completion of the RMA certification exam. ✓ Current BLS certification. ✓ Willingness to work at both assigned clinic locations.

LPN REQUIREMENTS

✓ Active Minnesota LPN license at the time of submission. ✓ Current BLS certification. ✓ Willingness to work at both assigned clinic locations.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION

✓ Updated resume. ✓ Relevant Medical Assistant education and program documentation, if applicable. ✓ Active Minnesota LPN license for LPN candidates. ✓ Current BLS certification.

Pay:

$22.23

•$27.37 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
