This is a full-time, Monday-Friday daytime position with a consistent schedule and no rotating shifts. Provide direct patient care within the LPN scope of practice. Obtain and document patient vital signs, medical history, and other clinical information. Assist providers with examinations, procedures, and treatments. Administer medications and treatments as ordered and within applicable scope of practice. Perform clinical procedures appropriate to training and licensure. Monitor patients and communicate changes in condition to the appropriate healthcare provider. Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR). Provide patient education and reinforce provider instructions. Coordinate with providers, medical assistants, nurses, and other members of the healthcare team. Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and patient-centered clinical environment. Follow all applicable clinical, safety, infection-control, and regulatory standards. Required Qualifications for LPN Current, active Minnesota LPN license — Required Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) — Required Medical Assistant/CMA Qualification Candidates applying for a CMA/Medical Assistant position must meet the applicable education and certification requirements: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) — Required Graduate of a Medical Assistant program accredited by a recognized accrediting organization, such as an ABHES- or CAAHEP-accredited Medical Assistant program ; OR Graduate of a Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) program accredited by a national healthcare organization, such as American Medical Technologists (AMT) , with applicable on-the-job experience and successful completion of the RMA certification examination.
